By booking Nestora Clean or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & cancellations
Bookings are confirmed after Nestora acknowledges your request. Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the slot to avoid a late-change fee on recurring plans.
Access & safety
Provide safe access, disclose pets or hazards, and secure valuables. We may refuse unsafe work environments.
Satisfaction
Report checklist misses within 24 hours for a remedial visit. Nestora’s liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
